Isaiah 9:6 tells us that Jesus is both human (“A Child Is born”) and divine (“A son is given”) – the greatest gift of all, Jesus Christ.

“The government will rest on His shoulder,” the Messiah will come to govern!  He will rule over the whole world with justice and righteousness.

As we celebrate Christmas, the birth of our Savior, Jesus Christ, explain what it means to you personally.

Reflect on how God gave His Son to be born in a manger – in poverty – to suffer – to be rejected – beaten and tortured – and ultimately die on a cross in our place for our sins – that we could experience forgiveness, salvation, and eternity in heaven.
